Lending Club - Won’t let me into online account impossible to contact
I’ve had a loan with them for over two years now. It was a pretty easy process, I was approved and the money was in my account within 2 business days.
Payments come out automatically so I never really worried about signing into my account. Now it’s gett to the point when the loan should be paid off soon and I go into check my account but am locked out for inactivity. Apparently if you don’t sign into the account they lock it, which I don’t think should be the case if you have an active loan, but whatever... site says to contact support.
I try to call them, wait on hold for 45 minutes and no one answers the call. Get a message that says e-mail is quicker. So I e-mail and am told to call. I try to call again, and again.
No one answers the phone. So I e-mail again, get told to call. It’s ridiculous. To date I am still locked out of my account.
I definitely would not recommend this company, they do what they say but any company that wants to take money out of your bank account every month but offer no support once or ever when problem arises... I would definitely proceed with caution
